FOR many years, food lovers from Weston and the wider Somerset area have been attracted to The Royal Bath & West Show to enjoy the delights to be found within the food tent.

The show, situated in Shepton Mallet, is set to take place between June 1 to 3, 2023.

There will be a wide range of activities suited for all the family, along with the opportunity to indulge in a host of produce made by Somerset businesses. It is hoped that this could raise awareness for small businesses who serve Somerset people day in, day out.

There will be a main lawn where people can go and relax in the sunshine, as well as a main ring which will provide entertainment throughout the event.

There are a range of nearby hotels and B&B's to the event, allowing visitors to have peace of mind that they will have a brilliant day and a good night's sleep.

Local artists will perform at the event and it is expected that even some celebrities could make a visit.

Last year,  Briony May Williams, semi-finalist in the 2018 series of The Great British Bake Off and now part of the presenting team of Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped, attended the event.

Dean Edwards, who made appearances on both Lorianne and This Morning, also attended.

The return of the food attractions you love, combined with celebrity chefs, local businesses and entertainment, means the Royal Bath & West Show is an event not to be missed in 2023.
