Demon Dentist

If you are a fan of David Walliams and want to enjoy an evening of laughter and entertainment, then look no further. The Demon Dentist is a children's tale of overcoming common fears and so-called 'monsters', all the while making you chuckle.

There are numerous showings, the closest one being January 19th in Weston-super-Mare's Playhouse. Tickets are available here.

Mental Health Walks

Starting from St Georges Medical Practice on January 24th, these walks are aimed at giving people the opportunity to get out into nature with likeminded individuals and offer a supportive and stress-free environment.

The walks are suited to both beginners to the group and returning members. There is no need to book. For more information, click here.

Chedder Gorge Half Marathon

If you are a runner looking for a new challenge, then this event is for you. Starting from the gorge itself, the routes work their way along the Mendip Hills, which include historic nods to Roman mining and World War II bunkers.

The event is due to take place on the 11th June. Click here for more information.

Weston Pride

Weston-super-Mare are proud to be the hosts of this year's Pride event. The event will act as a celebration of love in all its forms and is inclusive to all. The Pride in Weston website acknowledges the importance of the event: "The march through central Weston-super-Mare allows barriers to come down and for the community to engage."

If you wish to attend, it will take place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd July 2023 on the Beach Lawns.
