A FUN-PACKED morning saw deserving North Somerset children meet police officers and their four legged colleagues.
Members of Avon and Somerset Constabulary’s tactical crime unit, along with the forces horses and dogs, paid a visit to Children’s Hospice South West at Charlton Farm in Wraxall.
Father Christmas and his elves, as well as an evil present-stealing pirate, also took part in the day. The police helicopter also flew in for the visit, which saw children given the chance to ride in a police car.
Children at the hospice, along with their siblings, were also given a gift by officers.
