A CAR caught fire in the middle of Portishead’s busy high street today (Wed).
One crew from the town’s fire station attended the scene, just outside the Solelution shop, at about 2.50pm.
They used two hose reels to extinguish the flames and have confirmed the fire was caused by an engine fault.
