Sitting above the popular Venga tapas bar in the town’s bustling High Street, the Venga Loft covers the whole second floor, complete with stylish bedroom, bathroom and full-size kitchen diner. With a second twin bedroom also available, it is great for couples, families and business travellers. All of the reviews on Trip Advisor have rated this venue as excellent.
No 54 B&B, Green Pastures Road, Wraxall. Tucked away on The Elms housing development on the edge of Nailsea and Wraxall, this hidden b&b has received rave reviews on Trip Advisor, with recent guests describing it as welcoming and very comfortable. The owners, Wendy and Chris, are also praised for their warm welcome. There are two double rooms on offer.
Avon View, West Hill, Portishead.Described as ‘superb’ and ‘highly recommended’ in some of the latest reviews on Trip Advisor, this is an elegant Georgian guest house located in the heart of Portishead. The individually decorated rooms enjoy views across the Bristol Channel. Kate Ward has run the house as a bed and breakfast for the past 20 years.
Taggart House Bed & Breakfast, Walton Street, Walton-in-Gordano. Tucked away in this quiet village in the Gordano Valley, between the towns of Portishead and Clevedon, this luxury rural retreat offers stylish bedrooms and a locally-sourced home cooked English breakfast. It is set in an acre of woodland garden and also sits next to one of the impressive holes of Clevedon Golf Course. Recent reviews have featured the words ‘brilliant’ and ‘faultless’.
