A dark comedy is touring around North Somerset pubs this month.

Horses! Horses! will be at venues across the district from Saturday to Tuesday.

Created thanks to Arts Council England funding, the comedy sees a failing pub landlord put on a fundraising night – but the event unravels when a local horse breeder gets involved.

The show will kick off at The Royal Oak in Copse Road, Clevedon.

It will then travel to The King’s Arms in St Georges Close, Easton-in-Gordano, before finishing at The Railway Inn in Station Road, Yatton.

There will also be a performance at the Café Lido in Esplanade Road on October 14.

Each show starts at 8pm.

The shows are non-ticketed and visitors are asked to pay what they can except for the Portishead show where tickets are priced £10 per person and can be booked online.
