Salad Days has returned to Bath for the first time in 20 years.
This week sees the award-winning musical performed at the Theatre Royal and its upbeat and entertaining style will leave audiences uplifted.
The show is set in the summer of 1954 when its main characters Timothy and Jane have just graduated from university.
By chance, a passing tramp offers the pair the chance to look after his mobile piano for a month, but they soon discover the piano gives everyone within earshot an irresistible and unstoppable urge to dance every time it plays.
Salad Days’ run will end on Saturday.
A matinee will take place today on Saturday at 2.30pm, with evening performances on 7.30pm tonight and 8pm for the rest of the week.
Tickets, priced £19.50-35.50, are available on 01225 448844 or at www.theatreroyal.org.uk
