Theatre, fiction and film writer Adam Z Robinson is bringing his show to Clevedon – and the Times is giving people a chance to win tickets to see it.

The theatre and story-telling experience show Shivers will be performed at a venue in the town.

Audiences will be treated to ghostly stories read from Adam’s fiction novel – The Book of Darkness And Light on the night.

Violinist Ben Styles will also accompany him throughout the performance which will be played alongside a supernatural trio of tales told by Adam.

Adam and Ben have brought their show to 18 venues in the UK, including to ones in Oxford, Huddersfield and Halifax.

Adam’s short film The Split premiered at the Manchester Film Festival 2015, after he toured with his show Conscientious in the previous year.

He is an author of several other stage productions, including Little Red which was performed at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2008, and in 2011 his radio play The Gibbet was longlisted for the BBC’s Alfred Bradley Bursary Award.

The fiction writer is working on a new show, This Storm Is What We Call Progress, which is to be directed by Fringe First award winner and producer Dick Bonham.

The show will be performed at The Theatre Shop, in Clevedon Triangle, on November 23 at 7.30pm.

Tickets, priced £12, are available from www.theatreshop.org.uk or on 01275 400225.
