The Colston Hall will welcome one of the UK’s most talented singers to the West Country this autumn.

Alison Moyet has enjoyed a career that most performers can only envy and she will be performing a gig in Bristol on November 23.

The Essex-born songstress has produced nine studio albums in a career spanning five decades. Her debut album Alf – which featured singles All Cried Out, Invisible and That Ole Devil Called Love – reached the coveted number-one spot in the UK album chart in 1984.

She followed that up with another successful record in Raindancing, which peaked at number two.

As years have gone by, Moyet’s releases have become less frequent but she has returned with fresh material and is ready to wow the crowd at the Colston Hall.

The show will begin at 7pm.

Tickets, priced £26.88-53.21, are available from on 01172 034040 or
