AN AFTERNOON of music will be performed at Clevedon’s independent cinema as part of an ongoing series of Christie Organ performances.
Simon Gledhill will take to the keys of the historic organ for the concert on Sunday.
He began learning to play the piano accordion when he was just five and took up the electronic organ aged 10.
Since then he has had a successful music career, recording for Radio Two and performing in numerous concerts around the world.
Simon now combines his concert and recording activities with work for the Cinema Organ Society as well as a full-time job as a corporate banker.
He will perform at The Curzon Community Cinema in Old Church Road at 2.30pm.
