Sci-fi enthusiasts will be in for a treat when characters from stage and screen appear at an event in Weston-super-Mare.

Sylvester McCoy, who was the seventh actor to play the Doctor Who, will be signing autographs during the Stars Of Time and Comic Con event at the Tropicana.

Also attending will be Andrew Lee Potts from Primeval and Clem So from Doctor Strange.

Fans will be in their element as there will be lots of collectables available to buy, plus a host of wonderful displays, including a Star Wars lightsaber exhibition.

Much-loved Weston street artist JPS will be painting live and selling limited edition signed prints.

Event organiser David Burrows said it promises to be a ‘show not to be missed’.

It will be open at the Tropicana on August 27 and 28 from 10am-5.30pm.

Tickets, priced £3.50-6.50, are available online through the event’s website at www.starsoftime.co.uk Discounted family tickets are available too.
