TALENTED acts such as Billy Ocean, Howard Jones, Go West and Brother Beyond are all confirmed for Let’s Rock Bristol – which is set to be the biggest 1980’s festival in the South West.

The event will be set in the Grade II listed Blaise Castle Estate, in Ashton Court Estate, which is just outside the city centre.

Let’s Rock Bristol is set to provide an array of live music, perfect for all the family.

Children will be entertained by BBC and ITV entertainment, including Dave Benson Philips, a circus, rides and a 1980’s themed play area.

While adults will also get the chance to hear music from acts such as ABC, Nick Heyward, Then Jerico, The Real Thing, Modern Romance and Altered Images.

Let’s Rock Bristol, which will take place on June 8, will also include a selection of caterers, multiple bars and stalls.

The show is being staged with the support of Bristol City Council and is being organised by the people behind the successful Let’s Rock The Moor 1980’s festival in Cookham, Berkshire.

Tickets, priced £18-35 and £80 for a family ticket, are available from the festival’s website at www.letsrockbristol.co.uk

Gates open at 11am with the festival due to finish at 10pm. A limited number of VIP tickets are also available at £100 each.
