Art-lovers have just a few days left to enjoy an annual exhibition in Clevedon.

Clevedon Art Club’s 62nd open exhibition began on Saturday morning but is still running throughout this week and across the bank holiday weekend.

More than 340 artists from around the West Country, and particularly North Somerset, have provided pieces to be displayed.

Many of them have won awards for their artwork.

Art club member Ian Price received the president’s choice award after being selected by Martin Bentham.

And promising young artists have also been rewarded with Clevedon School pupils being recognised. Five of them were selected to win an award this year.

The exhibition, which is being held in the school’s science atrium, continues until Monday so there is plenty of time still to enjoy it.

It will be open every day from 10.30am-6pm, apart from Sunday when it will run from 2-6pm.
