AN OPERA singer and entertainer is bringing his ‘hugely popular’ one man show to Nailsea School on February 15.
Jonathan Veira, who has sung to millions of people across the UK and the rest of the World during his 26-year career, has been invited by Nailsea Churches Together.
The concert combines his skills as a musician, singing and playing piano and guitar, with his talents as a comedian and communicator.
This show is billed as going ‘from opera to pop and includes jazz and even country and western along the way’.
Associate Pastor of Nailsea Baptist Church, Reverend Paul Carter said: “His ability as a musical chameleon, singing songs of great diversity engages people and his story telling of his own faith journey is enthralling and inspiring.
“It is rare these days to find someone who can sing beautifully, entertain, and make people of all ages laugh.”
Tickets for the concert, which starts at 7.30pm, cost £10 per person.
They are available in advance from Nailsea Baptist Church office, in Silver Street, which is open weekdays from 9am-1 pm or by calling 01275 859339.
