Clevedon Rugby Club are in confident mood ahead of the start of the new campaign.

Clevedon Rugby Club travel to Okehampton in their opening league game of the rugby season and with a solid pre-season, including three wins from three behind them, there is an air of optimism about this year’s campaign.

The lads are much fitter this year compared to the same point last year, which is down to the hard work of new conditioning coach Tom Bullimore.

Head coach Nick Hill said: “Tom has done a great job getting the lads into shape, they in turn really bought into it and the end result showed in how much sharper we looked. We are far from the finished product, but things are looking promising.”
