Twenty-two pairs entered Clevedon Golf Club’s adult-junior open played in wet and blustery conditions.

On a very wet and blustery day, 22 pairs braved the difficult conditions to play in the adult/junior open at Clevedon Golf Club.

Due to the weather, the competition was eventually reduced to 12 holes much to the delight of a number of competitors - mainly the adults.

The best Clevedon pair were father and son duo of Tim and Olly Hayden who won the Bamford Cup, while the overall winners for the second year were Paul and Ellen Reakes from The Mendip.

John Morgan kindly presented the trophies and gave words of encouragement to all the juniors playing.
