New six-a-side league

A new six-a-side football league is opening at Gordano Sports Centre soon.

THERE are over £250 worth of free gifts for all teams who enter an exciting six-a-side football league which kicks off in Portishead next month.

All teams who join up before the league, which is run by Leisure Leagues, which kicks off at Gordano Sports Centre on Sundays between 5-7pm will receive free shirts and shorts, together with a waiving of the usual £25 registration fee.

Teams will then be competing for a range of top prizes including custom-made trophies and free entry to the national six-a-side championships, where they will get the chance to represent Portishead, with the winners receiving a trip to Spain.
