Coaching is available at Nailsea Bowls Club throughout the winter at Mizzymead Recreation Centre.

Nailsea Bowls Club enjoys some of the best facilities in the county, with the club forming part of the Mizzymead Recreation Centre.

Bowls is played all the year round, outdoors on grass in the summer and indoors on carpet over the winter months and there are separate club sections for ladies and men.

The outdoors green looks better than ever this year and there is a full programme of games scheduled for next summer.

The indoor leagues are busy through the winter period and the enthusiastic management committee and membership encourage new members – ladies and men to come along to the club at Mizzymead Recreation Centre for free coaching lessons each Wednesday at 4pm lasting two hours, starting on October 11. Equipment can be provided.

If you are a player or are interested to learn, call Rob Cook on 01275 853181, who can provide more information.

See the website for a description of the all facilities at www.mizzymead.org
