Double, or even triple, trouble has not been able to stop the success of one unique family club.
Weston Twins and Triplets Club has become a pillar of support for parents since it formed around 15 years ago.
Its members now rely on its frequent, friendly and informal meetings, which are a vital point of contact for parents of twins and triplets who are looking for advice or simply a bit of social time.
Belinda has been a member since giving birth to her twins Samuel and Oliver four and a half years ago.
She said: Another member told me about the group and I worked up the courage to go along to one of its meetings.
Initially it was just coffee mornings and various meetings in the day and the evening and through this I met other members with twins and you end up sharing problems which come hand-in-hand with having twins.
It created a great, regular and friendly network of support.
The boys are now four and a half years old and as they grow up there is more time to get involved with the running of the club, developing it and helping with the committee.
As the boys have got older Ive been able to offer advice to new members.
Club members say the pressure and worry of expecting twins can leave parents wondering how to cope but they say the support of the club is only a phone call away.
Belinda added: I hadnt had children before and everyone would say how on earth are you going to manage?
To be honest other peoples views were hard to deal with but at the end of the day you cannot send one back.
You have to accept help and ask groups like the twins club for support. Once you mix with other people it becomes easier and it helps with even simple things like the logistics of leaving the house.
Recently the club has managed to secure a new meeting place at Ashcombe Childrens Centre in Earlham Grove, where members meet twice a week.
It is somewhere for parents to leave their children to play while socialising with the other members. The group also holds a pub meeting once a month, an annual teddy bears picnic and a Christmas party.
