Clevedon Pier And Heritage Trust has designed two calendars and the Times has been given copies of both to give away.

The trust ran a competition on Facebook inviting talented photographers to submit their best snaps of the Grade I-listed pier, with the best ones picked to appear in the 2018 calendar.

A limited edition Dog Of The Day calendar has also been created following the huge social media success of a campaign which was started earlier this year by the pier’s events co-ordinator Joe Novell.

He said: “We ran a competition on Facebook for the public to submit images of the pier – the winning images feature in our 2018 calendar.

“I started doing a Dog Of The Day on the pier back in May, and since then we have had more than 70 dogs feature and have amassed more than 85,000 views on Facebook of the dogs combined.

“It became so popular that I ran a separate competition for people to submit their dogs for this special calendar.

“All the winning pooches were invited to the pier for a professional photoshoot – the result is fantastic.”

Both calendars will go on sale next week at the Clevedon Pier Toll House in The Beach.

Clevedon Pier And Heritage Trust has teamed up with the Times to offer one of three copies of either the Clevedon Pier 2018 Calendar or Dog Of The Day 2018 Calendar to lucky readers.

To be in with a chance of winning, answer the simple question below before the competition deadline of 10am on November 23.

Usual Archant rules apply and the editor’s decision is final.
