You are more likely to stick at a healthy lifestyle if those around you do it with you – so the Times has teamed up with Legacy Leisure to offer a prize to help you kick-start your new healthy lifestyle.

Scotch Horn and Backwell leisure centres have just launched new family memberships and the Times is offering you the chance to win one absolutely free.

The pass – which is worth £900 – offers an extensive range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. Swimming, exercise classes, spa access and unlimited gym usage are all included in the family pass.

Legacy’s leisure centres have a wide range of facilities including a large swimming pool and a smaller children’s pool.

Its family-friendly centres are open seven days a week and its facilities include a 92-station gym, three squash courts, tennis courts, a free weights gym, spin bike studio, sauna, steam room and spa.

The centre also offers a wide range of fitness classes – which are included in its membership packages – such as aqua aerobics, body pump, spinning, zumba and boxercise.

The prize is valid for two adults and up to three children under the age of 18 and can be used at all Legacy’s centres.
