Trio say goodbye to Clevedon's Springboard Opportunity Group.

A Clevedon children’s charity has said goodbye to three members of staff.

Jan Strefford, Jackie Pascoe and Sue Davies chose to retire from Springboard Opportunity Group after a collective 58 years’ service with the charity.

Springboard supports children from birth to five years old with additional needs and disabilities and their families.

Chief executive, Joanne Harris, issued her thanks to the ladies who had each played a ‘huge part’ in developing Springboard’s facilities and services.

She added: “In the words of some of our parents ‘thank you for everything you have done for us, both in the playroom and beyond. Your expertise and kindness have been so valuable. We will never forget you and how you have helped us through these early years.’”

The trio will not go too far however as they agreed to take on some volunteering roles as bank staff and advisors.
