Appeal for help to find missing man

Police are appealing for help to find Charlie Peters who has been missing for three days.

The 26-year-old from Backwell was spotted on CCTV at Sainsbury’s in Winterstoke Road, Bristol, at around 9.45am on April 12 (Thursday).

His car, a grey BMW 5301, was then spotted at about 10.30am the same day on the A37 near Shepton Mallet.

Charlie has not been seen since.

Avon and Somerset police issued a first appeal on Friday.

Charlie is described as a white male, about 5ft 10ins, of medium build with dark hair.

He was last seen wearing a grey T-shirt, black trousers and black shoes.

Anyone who has seen him or has information on his whereabouts, is asked to call 999 and quote reference 5218078198.
