A Pill cancer charity will host a family fun day next month.

Penny Brohn UK will host the event at its headquarters in Chapel Pill Lane.

Activities including a children’s bear hunt, storytelling and tours of the venue will be held.

Ian Riddell, Penny Brohn UK community fundraiser, said: “There is something for everyone.

“Youngsters can giggle guessing the bear’s name, listen to some fun stories, hunt high and low for bears to win a yummy chocolate egg and get arty with family crafts.

“Adults can enjoy our gardens in all their spring glory, wonderful music, tasty treats and learn more about us.

“Every penny raised will help Penny Brohn continue to support people and families facing cancer.”

Entry is priced at £4 while children aged under 14 can get in for free.
