A Clevedon firm is one of four businesses supporting the rainbow run event for Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW).

PB Designs, in Hither Green Industrial Estate, have sponsored a paint station for the 5km run which is taking place in Blaise Castle.

Osborne Clarke, Fiveways Financial Planning and Unum has also sponsored coloured paint stations for the Bristol fundraiser on June 2.

The rainbow run is one of the Wraxall charity’s biggest sponsored events and last year more than £79,000 was raised for the cause.

Amanda Gallagher, from CHSW, said: “We are delighted to have the support of these companies for our flagship event.

“The sponsorship provided means participant’s individual sponsorship will go directly to supporting children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
