Clevedon residents have been left perplexed by another mysterious road sign.

Last month saw Banksy-style artwork appear on Clevedon’s seafront, including a road sign which showed two elderly people being carried by two children in Elton Road which featured on the mysterious artist’s Instagram.

Days after the original road sign was removed, a canvas was found handcuffed to the rails by Clevedon Pier showing a creature’s arm popping the balloon of one of Banksy’s most recognisable works, Balloon Girl.

Now another road sign has appeared on a lamp post in Elton Road, depicting a similar image of two elderly people getting piggy-backs from children but this time having a sword fight.

The source of the picture is not yet known.

Banksy’s own work and work inspired by him has been seen across North Somerset more and more since Dismaland was held at Weston’s Tropicana in 2015.
