Motorway lane closed after breakdown

TRAFFIC could become congested on the M5 this afternoon (Weds) after a lane was closed.
A broken-down vehicle caused one lane to be closed on the M5 Southbound between junction 19 (Portishead) and junction 20 (Clevedon) as of about 3.30pm.
