Fundraiser can now sign up for a fun run through Bristol in aid of a Wraxall Charity.

Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) is holding the popular Santa Run on December 9.

Thousands of people take part in the event which involves a jog or walk around the Harbourside and city centre to raise money for the charity.

Last year more than £74,000 was raised by people taking part.

Fundraiser Bonnie Maxwell has signed up with her husband and two young daughters. She said: “The great thing about the event is that the whole family can take part, even the dog.

“Our Santa suits were provided as part of the entrance fee and we went to town decorating our baby’s pram to make it look like a sleigh. We walked most of the route and at the end we were delighted to receive a medal and mince pie.”
