Children at a Clevedon nursery have put on their own festival.

Bognor House Day Nursery, in Old Church Road, hosted the event to allow children to take part in a host of festival-themed activities including a musical performance for parents.

A spokesman for the nursery said: “The children at Bognor House Day Nursery enjoyed their annual Bognor Fest week where we completed lots of festival activities, including lots of crafts, tie-dying our own T-shirts, barbecues, baking cakes for
our tea party, and performing songs and dances on our very own stage in the garden including a performance for their mummies and daddies.

“We had local author Kirstin Young visit us to read her latest children’s story, and we had wonderful fun when Sophie and Flo from Hooper-Dooper came to show us their hula-hoop skills.

“The children enjoyed learning some new hula-hoop skills.”
