Cleeve’s Holy Trinity Church hosted its summer fete on Saturday, with families flocking to enjoy a wide range of fun and games.

Villagers basked in the sunshine and took part in a number of fun games, including target shooting which proved particularly popular.

Cleeve’s keen bakers showcased the fruits of their labour at the fete, serving up a sumptuous selection of sweet treats.

The event was organised by Yatton Moor Ministry, which runs a number of churches in North Somerset.

The organisation will host more events throughout the summer.

These will include a cream tea at Kingston Seymour’s All Saints Church, in Ham Lane, on August 5 from 2.30-5pm and a tea and cake social at Yatton’s Chapter House, in Church Road, on August 14 at 2pm.
