Photographers will see their work on permanent display at a community hub in Nailsea.

Backwell Camera Club has been given a space to exhibit its work at Number 65 High Street.

Club members’ photographs on show currently cover a wide variety of styles and subjects.

New photos will go up during the first week in November and the display will be refreshed every two months.

Club member Grete Howard will also hold her own exhibition from November 17-22 at the venue, with photos on natural history and world travel.

Number 65 is open on week days from 9.30am to noon.

Backwell Camera Club meets every Thursday at 7.30pm in the WI Hall, Station Road.

People of all abilities are welcome to join the friendly club to improve their photography skills. For more details, visit
