POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two people were racially abused in Pill last month.
The incident took place at about midday on Friday, February 2 at the Post Office in Baltic Place.
A man and a woman, aged in their 50s, were subject to a racially aggravated public order offence.
The offender is described as a white man, of slim build with dark hair who was aged in his late 30s or early 40s and was using a wheelchair.
PC James Coglan of Avon and Somerset Police, said: "Our investigation is now well underway with a number of enquiries having already been made, including checking CCTV footage.
"We now want anyone who witnessed the incident, or who has any other information about it, to come forward."
