Roadworks which were due to take place this weekend have been postponed – because it is expected to be too hot.

Eyes were cast skywards at the weekend as a model air show drew a large crowd of people to Yatton.

There is no prospect of Weston General Hospital’s A&E opening 24/7 any time soon, despite significant improvements in improving safety.
